I’m so glad you found your way here.
This page is part of my current growth as I expand from retail production into more teaching, culinary demonstrations, and education centered on nourishment and wellness.
My tiny retail shop in Durango, Colorado is still my community hub. It’s where I connect with customers, refine recipes, and share what I’ve learned.
After piloting a Saturday Series of classes I created because customers kept asking how I do what I do, it became clear: people don’t just want healthier desserts, they want the knowledge.
And I want to teach it.
This mission began when my own health challenges forced me to completely rethink what nourishment meant. Through years of research, experimentation, and lived experience, I developed a way to create desserts that are both beautiful and supportive of well-being.
I went from flour-butter-sugar-and-eggs to a niche of whole plant ingredients, with deep sensitivity to food allergies and medical dietary restrictions.
